Tadashii Do Breakfall Drills
Breakfalls form an important poart of training. If you do not have students who can breakfall well then training would not be fun and many students would end up hurt, very hurt.
As you progress through the Syllabus and perform many throws, you start to see a bigger need for personal fitness. It takes a great deal of energy on the part of the person being thrown many times. The tensing up each time you strike the mat, the shouting out as you land and the getting back up every time.
